Yesterday we organized a seminar at our facilities with our sales team and one of the leading brands in disposable protective clothing, Lakeland.
If you want to get information on these products, do not hesitate to contact us.
On this occasion, we will go into detail about a glove that is available some time ago, but we have not yet had the opportunity to present through the blog. It is a new nitrile glove, natural latex´s protein-free, ideal for people with latex allergies. In this sense, this glove is just to cover the need the users had of having a glove equivalent to the AachenGrip one, but without latex: the nitrile glove AachenProtect.
As the AachenGrip one, it has an extra thickness and strength, which gives the user additional protection in high-risk practices. The breaking strength of the glove AachenProtect is 3 times higher than the conventional nitrile glove´s, and has the same tensile strength. Compared to its equivalent in latex, the latter is 25% more resistant to breakage, but that is because the elasticity of latex, which nitrile can not match, but can approach. Both have similar thicknesses, around 25% thicker than a conventional glove of nitrile or latex, and an AQL of 1.5.
The European parliament has recently approved a new directive that will force all the hiring entities of the European Union to use electronic means to announce the hiring processes, receive offers from the bidder companies or to make the proper notifications of any public contest.
This directive belongs to the “Europe 2020” project, for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth in this decade.
CV Protection´s fundamental pillars have always been the product quality, the delivery quickness and the customer care. And as we think that the only way to improve is to continue in this direction, we have sign up a new membership for our team: Andoni Alba, who has joined us this very day as Commercial Development Manager, to achieve our aim of continuous updating and improvement at each department.
If you want to contact him, you can do it by sending him an e-mail to email@example.com.
We have recently noticed that the number of incidents related to dermal and respiratory symptoms have increased during the last years. This is what we call “latex allergy”.
Latex is widely used in our environment, about 40,000 everyday and professional products contain both natural and synthetic latex.
According to the information provided by Ibermutuamur, after analysing the statistical data collected from occupational pathologies derived from exposure to latex there has been a significant increase of such pathologies, where about 5% corresponds to health personnel and less than 1% corresponds to general population.
In this occasion, we introduce you a new product of the growing disposable gloves family. It is the nitrile glove Aachen Fortis, as the rest of nitrile gloves, free of natural latex, suitable for natural latex´s alergic people. This material is very elastic, so it doesn´t add pressure to the hand and avoids the fatigue of the user. Its AQL is 1.0, what we remind, the quality is better when smaller is AQL number.
This glove responds to a need that was primarily found in food industries and mechanical and automotive workshops. These sectors need the glove to be disposable, but also to have higher breaking resistance and tensile strenght. For example, disposable nitrile gloves intended for the health sector have a breaking resistance of around 6 Newtons (depending on the specific glove), and the Aachen Fortis one has twice the strength, 12 Newtons. It is the same with the tensile strength, the Aachen Fortis one exceeds the breakage resistance of a disposable nitrile glove designed for healthcare use by around 35%.
Due to the experience accumulated by CV Protection as bidder at public contracting, and because of the confusing interpretation that it is made by the companies and the Administration about the concept AQL, we found appropriate to write the present text, as technical support for buyers and users:
Firstly, we have to begin asking ourselves, what is the AQL? The AQL, or the acceptable quality level, is the sum of all the inspection techniques destined to guarantee a minimum level of quality in the massive production processes. In other words, it is the maximum percentage of error allowed.
The usual use for the bags with adhesive flap is for containing samples, because its natural shine give the samples a more attractive look.
However, this bags are even more often used in the Alimentary Sector, for example, to exhibit candys and fruits. For this use, minimum quality requirements of alimentary contact must be offered.
We are now a cardio-protected company! We have recently installed a semi-automated external defibrillator, SAED, in our facilities, in case of cardiac arrhythmias of ventricular fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia.
In our team, we already are 7 people trained in first aid, and 15 who are prepared for the utilization of the SAED.
Today we want to welcome our new colleague Eduardo, the new member of the sales department who will be at the south area of Madrid.
